Appreciate Each Individual Individually

With the Reader Appreciation Week hovering upon us, there are dozens of RAW prizes to choose from. One of the reasons I like the variety of prizes offered in the RAW list is because me, Ronald, Shawn, Stacee, Vivien and others chose the prizes. :p Another reason I like the variety of the prizes offered is because not every person likes a single item on the list, so the multiple prizes offer a chance for many people to be satisfied. The different prizes offer people a chance to appreciate and be appreciated differently, since everyone is different

Appreciating people on a case by case basis is better than appreciating everyone the same way

You should do the same with every person in real life. If you want to appreciate someone, find out what things please them and how can help them in different things. Avoid following the tips in books sold in bookstores that tell you how to flirt with girls using a set of rules or how to put on a smile when talking with people. Find out on your own what makes every person tick. If you take the time to find out more about other people in order to make them happy or feel better, you will get noticed because of your appreciation as Ronald hinted in his comment on a recent post.

I agree with what Ronald suggests. If you go out of your way to show appreciation to someone, you will most probably get noticed. Also, in my view, finding out more about each individual and working to make that individual person happy with things tailored for the tastes of that individual person will show that you want to treat each person uniquely, and that you are willing to go an extra step to appreciate someone. Otherwise, we will all act like robots, smiling like robots in front of everyone as we walk by, and doing the same things for everyone so that we can appreciate everyone using only a few skills that we found out via a book or some movie. We are humans, so we have to treat everyone differently and uniquely.

Appreciate people in a way that works uniquely for them

Appreciate each blog reader uniquely. Find out more about each reader of yours, and if you want to appreciate them, appreciate them using ways and methods that you know will work for that sole individual. That is the only way to show someone that you respect them individually in your life.
