Certain information is necessary for contributing and/or commenting on the Reader Appreciation Project.

• A valid e-mail address is necessary for leaving comments. The e-mail address is necessary to protect against spammers. We also use the e-mail address to contact you directly if need be. Your e-mail address will be stored in our database indefinitely along with any comments you have made. We will not willingly share this data with third parties.
• Your IP address is also collected when making a comment. This is to protect against spammers and to block troll attacks. We will not willingly share this data with third parties.
• If you are a guest contributor, some personal information and a picture is recommended before your post is published. This information is voluntary and can be removed at any time at the will of the contributor.
• If for any reason a comment or post needs to be removed by the commenter and/or the contributor, a request for content removal must be made to the admin of RA Project. Any deletion of content at the request of the commenter/contributor will be discussed among admin and removed as necessary.
