Reader Appreciation Initiatives 10-06-2007

  • Rewarding interaction; Reader Appreciation

Journey Guy will give the top commenter $30, and the 2nd and third $10. This is a nice incentive to get people to comment, although I’ve seen that in situations like these, some people comment just to comment in order to get the prize. Other approaches I’ve seen is awarding the top contributor, not necessarily the commenter that comments the most.

  • Showing a little reader appreciation…

This blogger shows appreciation by expressing a simple thanks.

Thanks for reading, leaving comments, sending me e-mails, using the tip line, and all that other great stuff that you do.

  • Readers and Commenters Rule

This blogger recognizes his top contributors with links to their sites and thanks them for their contributions.

  • Reader Appreciation Week: Win Good Sh… Stuff

Motherhood Uncensored held a reader appreciation week where a random commenter got a prize.
